Healthy You = Healthy Skin

Are you one of those people who does everything to make your skin healthy but something still seems to be lacking? Well just a few alters in your diet can do wonders for your skin. All it takes is a few extra fruits and some Omega-3 to make your skin youthful looking once again(:
